What is Viral Video Commissions All About?
Viral Video Commissions (or VVC) provides a blueprint guide and video courses on how to leverage viral videos and make money from them.
The front-end training provides a lot of valuable information on how to make it work. Just take a look at the following modules (in proper order):
- Find Out High Converting Niches
- Deep Market Research & Ensuring Niches
- Dig Out Relevant Videos
- Make Your Videos Go Viral
- Base Setup
- Define Your Target Audience
- Boost Your Videos
- Set Up a Niche Blog
- Setup Lead Generator
It really emphasizes on the importance of research because after all, you won’t be successful if you don’t know what you’re doing. Plus, VVC provides a unique way of making videos viral by giving them a “boost”.
My assumption is that your success depends on hitting home runs of high-traffic videos instead of the slow and steady approach that most marketers do.
How Much Does Viral Video Commissions Cost?
For the front-end product, the cost is $5 one-time if you avail the discount. Be careful though, because the original sales page has a price of $54, which is expensive for a simple system.
Moving on to the upsells, there’s actually four of them which can be summarized as follows:
1. Done For You Shortcut ($17 $12) – contains 20 DFY products for giveaway, 250+ proven campaigns, and 250+ Facebook groups and pages
2. Done For You Package ($27 $17) – contains 50 royalty-free videos, 5 meme video templates, 5 WordPress themes, 100 DFY Articles, 10 FB cover images, 10 FB ad images, 100+ royalty-free images, basically a TON of content in one package
3. Resell Rights ($64 $47) – allows you to sell the entire Viral Video Commissions system to other people
4. Done For You Setup ($147 $127) – you will receive a ready-made review website promoting products from sites like Amazon or ClickBank (or whichever you choose), basically everything’s done for you
You may have noticed the slashes in the prices, which are called downsells. To trigger them, just refuse the initial offer of the upsell page so that you’ll be taken to a discount page.
Can You Use Other People’s Videos to Make Money?
Now I know most of you see the pot of gold by using these videos. But for the good and ethical people out there, I believe you may find this method quite skeptical.
If you ask me what my unique take on this system is, I find using other people’s videos to be risky and unethical. Despite the use of words “borrowing” and “ethically stealing” by the founders, you can’t avoid the risk of copyright infringement because you’re using other people’s content.
According to YouTube, you’ll get what is called a copyright strike, which is a warning that you’re copying other people’s content. When you get three strikes, your account will be terminated as well as the videos contained in it.
The worst part, you’ll NEVER be able to create a new account again. You’ll be saying goodbye to video marketing for good.
Overall: Viral videos are a great way to make money, that is, if you don’t get caught. They receive an astonishing amount of traffic, which is a great opportunity to show your promotions and make money.
I believe the founders, Dan Ashendorf et. al. are aware of the risks involved and would do their best to avoid getting caught. I’m sure they’ve made the system work for themselves and for other people, that’s why it might actually work for you.
Will you make $100 a day overnight? Maybe. Because after all, you’ll be having lots of customers online when you use high-traffic videos. However, you have to cross the line by stealing other people’s work and posting it in your own channel.
I find the system extremely risky because there’s a chance of taking on lawsuits if the creator decides to sue you.
The risk carried by copyright issues is the reason why I call Viral Video Commissions a:
A Long-Term Business is One That is “Risk-Free”
The idea behind Viral Video Commissions is that they try to alleviate your pain of undergoing through the entire process of video creation. The problem is, no one knows the definite boundaries of copyright and is therefore risky to stay near the line.
While many sites think that VVC is a legit system, I personally don’t recommend it because it’s a business model that’s unsustainable. What I’m proposing is a long-term business that can pay you for decades.
If you wish to get started on that path, I recommend joining my top-rated program in affiliate marketing, which is called Wealthy Affiliate.
