Ever got an e-mail from someone about a product called SimplyViral, and you’re wondering if it’s the “solution” to your traffic problems?
You’re in the right place because now, I’m going to share with you my thoughts on this viral traffic software and determine whether it works or not.
Actually, this is not the first time I came across a product that promotes viral marketing to receive massive amounts of traffic. I made reviews on Viralism, Viral Video Commissions, and Meme Traffic Monster, which all rely on the ability to go “viral” to make money.
Does it actually work? Will this tool help you create a business that lasts in the long run? Keep reading to find out.
How Do You Use SimplyViral to Drive Traffic?
SimplyViral leverages Facebook, the biggest social media on the planet, to generate lots of free traffic. The promise is that you can get hundreds (or even thousands) of clicks, likes, shares, fans, and group members WITHOUT advertising or creating your own content.
The SV app searches tons of viral content from across the Web, visiting sites like Reddit, YouTube, BuzzFeed, Google Trends, and so on.
Once you’ve found them, you can “publish” it in various groups or pages you belong to and voila, floods of traffic will come to you!
Here’s a demo video of the software to see how it’s done:
If you’re lazy at creating content, then SimplyViral is a good option for you. While I don’t think you can get instant traffic as promised in the sales page, it might still work because your content is awesome.
Beware, There Are Lots of Upsells
As you buy SimplyViral, you will come across a long sales funnel before getting to your product. To be exact, there are 5 upgrades that will be sold to you as follows:
FRONT-END: SimplyViral Software ($44.95 or $47) – There are two options for the front-end: Single User License & Multi User License. I don’t see why you should buy the cheaper license if it only differs by $2, plus the features tend to imply that Multi User is the better pick.
UPSELL #1: SimplyViral PLATINUM ($47/year) – You get the freedom to post in UNLIMITED FB accounts & pages when you buy this upgrade. Other features include the Outsourcer’s License, Link Cloaker, and Image Editor.
UPSELL #2: Agency Business-in-a-Box Package ($47) – This gives you the license to use SimplyViral for your clients and charge a fee. You get the agency license, sales page, logo templates, sales videos, Facebook ad templates, and the scripts for selling to customers.
UPSELL #3: BacklinkNeos Agency Edition ($37/year) – BacklinkNeos helps you find backlinks to your website in order to get higher PageRank for long-term organic SEO.
UPSELL #4: Facebook QuickStart Training ($27) – As the name suggests, it’s all about getting started with Facebook not as a user, but as a business owner. This video training will cover topics such as setting up FB pages & advanced free traffic generation techniques.
UPSELL #5: SimplyViral Resellers Program ($197) – This is the license to sell SimplyViral as an affiliate for 100% of the commissions.
Overall: You can have a website full of trending content, but it’s not guaranteed to make you money.
What if people come to you and realize that you don’t have a reputation online? If all you did was compile a bunch of posts that aren’t yours, they simply won’t buy from you.
Maybe you can sell ad space to monetize your site, but it will reduce your income even more. Remember, if you don’t go “viral” with the system, the essence of the software is lost and no traffic will come to your site.
Also, I find SV to be risky because I might get sued for using others’ content to make money. I’d rather take traffic slowly but surely by creating my own content and studying how to make it viral.
People Buy Because They Trust You
Anyways, good luck with using SimplyViral. It might work at some point, but is really a short-term strategy to make money online.
The fact is, I can go buy this software and use it on my website. Surely, I will get the traffic and leads that I need for business.
The challenge then is to get them to buy and trust you. If you don’t know the proper way to do it, you’ll only be losing people and end up with zero income.
There’s a saying, “Trust is the currency online”, and it really is. People won’t see you up close, but they’ll see your website and the content you’re giving out.
To really have a business that will last in the long run, you need to develop that trust. The best way to do that is by giving out original content that is uniquely yours.
If you need some training on how to deliver content that people will love, my first option for you is a place called Wealthy Affiliate.
