Have you heard of Paysbook?
Maybe, your friends invited you to join the program to make an extra income online.
But you’re resisting, worrying whether it’s a scam or legit.
Don’t worry, you’re not alone.
Even I am super skeptical about how this scheme works!
Can you trust Arjay Gallenero, the founder of the company, with your precious time and commitment?
To know once and for all, I suggest you read this full unbiased review all throughout.
Don’t worry, hindi ako affiliate ng Paysbook, so my perspective on the scheme won’t be biased til’ the end.
So, are you ready to learn the truth?
Founder: Arjay Gallenero
Price: 1,000 PHP (equivalent to $20)
Verdict: Not Recommended
What is Paysbook All About?
Mention the word Paysbook to your friends, and I bet they’ll think of ‘Facebook’.
No wonder, since Filipinos are hard-wired to use Facebook every single day (myself included).
But no jokes, it’s what Paysbook is all about.
It’s a social media platform where you can connect with people.
The difference? It claims to be a site with 3 of the most innovative Internet businesses, namely:
- Social Media Platform
- E-Commerce System
- Affiliate Marketing Program
Pero let’s be honest…
You’re here because of #3, the affiliate marketing program of Paysbook.
You’re reading this review para malaman mo kung paano kumita using Paysbook, hindi ba?
So that’s what I’ll be focusing on throughout this article.
By the way, the creator of Paysbook is Arjay Gallenero.
He’s the guy who discovered this concept, which he based from the social media giant Facebook.
Ang vision niya daw is gumawa ng 100% pinoy version ng Facebook, pero kumikita ka habang ginagamit ang platform.
Simply refer your friends to the website, then that’s it!
The concept looks sound and promising.
However, will it actually earn you money?
Let’s find out more by studying the website.
Exploring The Paysbook Website: It Looks Interesting
I like studying the websites of companies I review.
It tells a lot about the business’s nature.
Having seen the Paysbook website, I noticed there are a lot of things to do inside.
In the homepage alone, you can learn some interesting stats and facts about Paysbook.
Then there are plenty of pages to navigate to.
The screenshot above shows different features of the Paysbook platform, including the ability to advertise in the website.
Then there’s an e-mall (electronic mall, not e-mail) where you can buy and sell used stuff (huh?)
There’s the social media tool, which I suppose is where you’d sign up to use Paysbook.
And of course, there’s the Paysbook University.
Judging from the name, Paysbook University is the resource section in case you want to learn how Paysbook works.
Too bad, wala pang laman ang website!
So skip na lang muna natin siya.
There’s actually an ‘introduction video’ when I scrolled through the page.
However, you have to book the 1-hour tutorial to notify the admin that you’re interested to learn:
Because Paysbook also has a ‘Guides’ section, which brings you to its own YouTube channel.
In essence, you won’t be left alone.
Maaaral mo ng mabuti kung paano gumana ang Paysbook gamit lamang ang mga free resources sa Internet.
When you’re ready, you can create an account for FREE.
Do take note, you gotta’ have a sponsor to place in the sponsor text field (by default it’s paysbookofficial):
It’s possible kasi na mayroon kang friend na mag-iinvite sayo sa program, so you need to ask them what their sponsor name is.
Once registered, you’ll immediately land on the Paysbook dashboard.
Or if you wish, you can download the official Paysbook app on either Google Play or App Store.
The tool’s perfect if you prefer using your smartphone to run your business.
How to Earn Money With Paysbook
Once you’re in, you might notice immediately that there’s 300 pesos sitting in your account.
And no, it’s not a glitch.
It’s available for everyone who opens his/her respective account.
Too bad you can’t cash it out.
Coz’ you have to pay 1,000 Pesos in order to activate your account.
Mukhang ginogoyo tayo nito ni Arjay ah!
Affiliates of Paysbook usually endorse the system as ‘free to join’, but don’t care even if they already knew there will be a 1K fee.
They don’t tell it to new members in order to attract more sign-ups!
But, let’s set this red flag aside and talk about how the money-making process inside Paysbook works.
First, you can earn a little bit of money by logging in and out of Paysbook.
You can do this back-and-forth action 2 times a day for up to 6 days, which is like 12 times all in all.
Logging in would pay you 50 pesos, then logging out would also pay 50 pesos, totaling to 100 pesos per run.
12 times 100 equals 1,200 pesos in total earnings from this task alone!
Second, you can earn Indigen Coins for every post, comment, share or like you get in your social media account.
For those who don’t know, Indigen Coin is a type of ‘cryptocurrency’ just like Bitcoin (Google niyo na lang if you’re curious).
So essentially, you’re earning money from your actions on social media, pero ang payout is in different currency.
You’ll get 0.025 Indigen Coins for every like, share, or comment you make, and 0.050 Indigen Coins for every post you make.
Third strategy for making money, which is the most lucrative method, involves recruiting members to Paysbook.
It’s very lucrative because may tatlong paraan upang ikaw ay kumita as a result of being good at recruitment.
First off, is the Direct Commission.
Basically, you’ll earn 100 pesos for every person you recruit inside Paysbook, with a maximum of 15 recruits (or 1,500 pesos).
Second, is the Matching Commission.
Matching Commissions are acquired when you get pairs of people in your left side and right side. Every pair you recruit will pay you 100 pesos and has a daily limit of 40 pairs (or 4,000 pesos per day).
Third, is the Leveling Commission.
It gets paid to you when you’re able to fill every layer under you with downlines for a maximum of 10 levels. For each level completed, you earn 400 pesos (meaning it caps at 4,000 pesos).
To understand the compensation in full depth, panuorin niyo itong video na ginawa ng isang Paysbook member:
So, what do you guys think?
You think you can make a killing with this company?
Verdict: Don’t Bother, Paysbook Is a Waste of Time and Money
Every peso counts, considering that we Filipinos live in a country that pays very low in wages.
Having said that, would it be worth your money if you join Paysbook?
To be honest, kinakabahan akong mag-invest sa program na to.
Well, let me tell you what happened after I created my account.
I hope it’s just me…
But when I logged into the Dashboard, I was notified by multiple threats coming from paysbook.co.
My anti-virus aborted the connection to the website because it was infected with a dangerous malware (Yikes!)
Ever since, I never got to log in again.
My network wouldn’t allow me to go back to the website as if it’s really that dangerous.
Furthermore, I would suggest na huwag na kayo tumuloy sa Paysbook.
Simply because naka-receive na sila ng warning at advisory from SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission).
If you don’t know SEC, they’re the ones responsible for regulating the companies in the Philippines.
According to them, anyone who will recruit people to this scheme is ‘criminally liable’ and is likely to receive penalties:
Maghahanap-buhay na nga lang tayo, ipe-penalize pa tayo ng SEC!
You see, Paysbook thrives alone on the recruitment of new paying members, which is the very definition of pyramid scheme!
And pyramids usually crumble down after reaching a tipping point.
When that happens, paano na lang ang income mo?
Kung kumikita ka na ng malaki sa Paysbook, magugulat ka na lang sa isang iglap, mawawala lahat ng revenue stream mo!
And believe me when I say that I’ve seen such pyramid schemes go down during my 3 years of reviewing money-making programs.
Sa ibang bansa sila based, so baka hindi niyo sila makilala.
Overall: Sure, you can try your luck at recruiting and see if Paysbook can work for you. But don’t tell me na hindi ko kayo binalaan!
Opinion is divided on the matter of whether Paysbook is legit or scam. And usually, people who claim it’s legit are the ones who make money from it.
And the ones who call it a scam, well, let’s just say they didn’t have a great experience with using the website or app.
If you’re interested to do extensive reading on Paysbook, I recommend two valuable resources for you to go to.
One is by reading the comments of this Paysbook infomercial:
I actually learned a lot just from reading the members’ testimonials and experiences.
Number two resource is this short PDF on SEC’s advisory on Paysbook.
Here you will learn the full description of what Paysbook is all about.
I Don’t Have a Quick Fix, Just a Long-Term GUARANTEED Solution
Paysbook can pay you cash, sure.
But don’t expect it can after 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, or 10 years.
I know because the biz model itself is unstable.
Now, which would you prefer…
A short-term fix to your money problems,
Or a long-term solution that will pay you for life?
If you choose the latter, then listen to me.
You see, Arjay Gallenero already got it right, that affiliate marketing is the way to make money online.
All you need to do is get proper education on the subject, simply by attending workshops, seminars, or online courses on the subject.
Type ‘affiliate marketing’ on Google or YouTube search to learn more, or you could read my own article about it.
As much as I’d like to recommend where I got my all-in-one affiliate marketing education, cutting-edge tools and overflowing support, I won’t because it costs 2,500 pesos per month ($49/month).
Pero kung willing kayong mag-invest in yourself, then leave a comment below and I’ll share with you my detailed review.
But if not, you’re still in for a treat.
I’ve decided to give away my affiliate marketing ebook for FREE, which is something I used to hand out in exchange for email addresses.
So what are you waiting for?
Here’s the ebook that will teach you how I made my first $1,000 online with affiliate marketing.
Have you tried using Paysbook? Did you earn real income from it? Do you agree with me that it’s not worth your time (and your 1K)? Write to me your comment by typing one below, then let’s talk about it.
