I made lots of product reviews in the past, but admittedly, this is my first time reviewing a money-making method which is based on apps. The course is called Passive App Profits, and it’s said to make you $3,000 a month by creating simple apps.
You might be thinking, “How can I build an app if I’m not a computer geek who can write lots of complicated codes?” I’ve wondered the same question myself.
Fortunately, Khondoker et. al. says that you don’t need any expertise to publish simple apps. By following his training, you can ditch the tech stuff, release your product into the app store, and start earning passive income.
So the real question is: Does Passive App Profits actually work? Can this system be the solution to your financial problems? Read my full review to find out.
How Does Passive App Profits Work?
The app market is a billion dollar industry that is steadily increasing every year. That’s why it makes sense to tap into this huge goldmine for profits.
Passive App Profits is one of those courses that claim to make you passive income by publishing apps on the app store. It’s not a full comprehensive course, but it gives you an idea of how to create apps that will truly make money.
More specifically, you’ll get training on the following topics:
- How to generate ideas for an app
- How to research the app ideas you’ve created
- How to get the code (without writing yourself)
- How to clone the app
- How to publish your app
- How to promote your apps
- Monetizing your apps
The training looks great and it turns out to be a great opportunity to enter in. But does it really work?
If you ask me, I would be wary of certain things like:
- Getting your app approved in the Play Store
- Copyright issues
- Ranking your app in at least the Top 10 spots
- Maintaining your apps
- Of course, the quality of the application
Since you’re going to ditch highly-sophisticated coding, the functionalities in your app will be severely limited. On the bright side though, it’s a good entry point for newbie “appreneurs” (the term for app entrepreneurs).
How Much is the Passive App Profits Course?
If app marketing got you interested, then I urge you to read this section. Passive App Profits has 3 back-end products, with 2 of them being quite expensive. More details can be found below:
FRONT-END: Passive App Profits ($9.70) – You’ll get access to the main training on how to create and publish simple apps on the app store. It provides a case study on how you can make real passive income from apps even without tech skills.
UPSELL #1: Done-For-You Profitable App Ideas ($27 or $17) – It provides you with keyword researched app ideas, along with DFY logo and two versions of DFY contents. For the $27 upgrade, you get 20 ideas. While for the $17 downsell, you’ll get 10.
UPSELL #2: Done-For-You Complete Android App ($197 or $147) – Don’t want to build apps? Then this upgrade will provide you with a completely finished Android app that you can submit to app sites (like Google Play).
UPSELL #3: Done-For-You Complete iPhone App ($327 or $247) – Like upsell #2, this upgrade also provides you with a ready-made app. However, the app is compatible only in the iOS system, which makes it more expensive than the Android OS.
Overall: You’ll love this course if you want to start app marketing. Moreover, I think creating apps can be a powerful money-maker if you master how to make them.
Does it earn you $3,000 a month? It’s possible and doable, but it will take months or even years to accomplish. However, if you’re a person who’s not in a rush to make money, then app creation can be a good side income for you.
Is the entire training of Passive App Profits enough to get you started? I don’t think so because it’s lacking.
You can see for yourself and buy PAP. Or, you can take my “alternative” method of making money online instead.
Don’t Want to Build Apps? Try Affiliate Marketing Instead
If you’re looking for a quick way to earn money online, I suggest you take a freelancing job. Making money from publishing apps simply won’t happen overnight, that’s what I can guarantee you.
But if you’re willing to wait for several months or a few years, then a great business model to take is affiliate marketing.
You search for products to promote, grab your unique affiliate link, and then take a share of the profits.
What makes it hard though is acquiring lots of traffic and leads, as well as building your online reputation and trust. Once you get past this stage, you’ll be surprised by how much money you can make (the sky is the limit).
