High-quality traffic is what every online business needs to generate sales. They are your target audience for your niche, ready to buy whatever you have to offer. That’s why it’s imperative to acquire paying visitors to your website.
In this blog post, we are going to review a company which claims to give you high-quality traffic regardless of your business. As a result, your revenue and conversions will skyrocket almost overnight.
It’s called “Traffic Authority” by Greg Chambers, Doug Wellens and Chad Stalvey. The website provides traffic packages, tools and training that is said to finally solve your web traffic problems. Everything looks professional and it seems like a site you can actually trust.
Well, can you?
Before you dive into this program, please read my review because it can help save you thousands of dollars in products. Seriously, there’s more than meets the eye that you have to know about this company, so please allow me to reveal all of them for you.
You will see how nasty-looking Traffic Authority really is, which is why you might back away from this product completely.
Buying High-Quality Traffic is Impossible
From the very beginning, I already have doubts on these shady traffic exchanges. Based on all the non-affiliated reviews I came across, they all confirm one thing: Buying high quality traffic is a FAKE.
It’s impossible to form a group of paying audience and telling them to buy stuff that they don’t want in the first place. Haven’t you thought that if it were real, Traffic Authority would use it themselves and not share it with you?
If you see some results in Google Analytics, you won’t be able to confirm if the traffic coming in are real people or just computer bots.
Anyway, let’s look at the Traffic Packages in the store as follows:
1. Basic – $220; 170-190 clicks; $1.25 per click
2. Bronze – $440; 340-380 clicks; $1.20 per click
3. Silver – $660; 510-570 clicks; $1.15 per click
4. Gold – $1,097; 850-950 clicks; $1.10 per click
5. Platinum – $2,197; 1,700-1,900 clicks; $1.08 per click
6. Titanium – $4,297; 3400-3800 clicks; $1.05 per click
7. Diamond – $8,397; 8,100-8,400 clicks; $1.03 per click
Cool, does it mean I can sell a $20 product to a buyer that only costs $1.25 to acquire? If so, then I’ll buy millions of visitors for my website and have them all buy my $20 product and I’ll be rich, right?
These website clicks don’t have an individual credit card of their own, so expect you’ll never grow your revenue by even a single dollar.
You know what, forget it. Your money will only be flushed down the toilet if you pursue any of these traffic packages. So save your cash and use it for something else.
You Are Actually Entering an MLM Scheme
While the promised traffic in itself is a scam, I still want you to know something else. Once you pull out your credit card and hand your cash over, that’s when you’ll unveil the real face of this business.
Upon entering the TA homepage, you’ll immediately come across a pop-up promoting an affiliate marketing opportunity that looks like this.
Instead of offering you the actual products, the founders designed the website so that you’ll pay attention to its affiliate program first. It’s weird right? Normally, a business would first sell its products to customers and make them realize how good the product is.
But with Traffic Authority, you’re going to promote the opportunity right away without even using the product.
Another thing that bugs me is the fact that you can’t purchase any traffic package unless there’s a sponsor who will recruit you.
In other words, you can’t join TA on your own. You have to come under an affiliate’s username before you see the offer. This ensures that someone will earn from the money you’re spending.
Speaking of commissions, here is the breakdown of earnings if you enter this MLM scheme. The 1st amount is the actual commission while the 2nd is the original price of the package:
1. Basic – $100/$220
2. Bronze – $200/$440
3. Silver – $300/$660
4. Gold – $500/$1,097
5. Platinum – $1,000/$2,197
6. Titanium – $2,000/$4,297
7. Diamond – $4,000/$8,397
It’s no wonder why Traffic Authority is so enticing because of its lucrative affiliate program.
Here’s the problem, you have to buy the product first before you can promote it to others and earn a commission. If not, then you’ll have to sacrifice the first 3 sales you make so that you can qualify for the 4th.
Bottomline, you’ll find it hard to make money from Traffic Authority. For those who are relatively new to online business, understand that you’re the ones most prone to falling for this scam.
Overall: I’d say you stay away from Traffic Authority completely, unless you have a knack for MLM. Look, the people promoting the said product are scattered all over the Web, and they would lie by offering high-quality traffic packages to you.
I’m sorry to say, but TA is NOT the “key” to boost your traffic because you’ll receive no relevant traffic at all. What you’re really buying is access inside this MLM scheme, with no real product being received.
I recommend you stick with paid traffic sources that are legitimate like Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and sponsored ads such as Outbrain because they’re all regulated and legal companies. Stay away from all traffic exchanges.
So for the final verdict, it’s an easy call that Traffic Authority is a:
Learn “Free” Traffic Generation Techniques First
I understand you’re doing your best to grow your business right now, which may be why you’re pursuing paid traffic for your site.
But there’s a right process of leveraging paid traffic for your website. Remember, you’re spending real, hard-earned money to acquire customers, so you have to think things over before you spend a single dime on it.
You might want to start off first with acquiring “free traffic” before you pursue and spend your money on advertising. There’s nothing wrong with going it slow, in fact it makes you learn and understand your target audience more carefully by not rushing things out.
The choice is up to you whether you choose paid or free traffic right now. With free traffic, what you need to do is learn all the concepts of gathering them, the best one being search engine optimization (or SEO).
If I’ve convinced you to take the right path, I suggest taking the right online university to learn traffic generation techniques. The one I’m currently using is Wealthy Affiliate, which I thought I might share with you. Try the program for FREE and see if you like the training.
