Commission Bullseye is a plugin for targeting the right customers for your website. This leads to more commissions given the same amount of traffic.
It works because it has a feature called “geo-targeting”, meaning the ability to control where your content and offers are going to be shown. This prevents your ads and CPA offers from targeting the wrong demographic and wasting your money.
Does this plugin actually work? Will it help you boost your conversions as a result of hitting the right audience?

Commission Bullseye: What Is It All About?
Just to clarify, Commission Bullseye is not a “make money online” course that promises any claim of earnings. But rather, this product assumes you already have a website and business in place and that your goal right now is to further increase its conversions.
Regardless of the niche you’re working in, CB is a tool that you might want to consider especially if you’re doing the following:
- Promoting Amazon products or any affiliate programs
- Selling your own products with an ecommerce store
- Promoting CPA offers with country-specific conditions
- Collecting leads via opt-in forms
- Creating content for a specific audience (Indians, French, etc.)
- Spending tons of money on ads but end up misfiring them
As it turns out, CB can be very beneficial to anyone who wants his/her business to target a specific demographic. Just set up the plugin, learn how to use it, then start showing the right offers to the right audience.
There are three ways you can display your ads in your website, which are explained as follows:
1. Popups/Slide-ins – Combined with the right sales message, popups and slide-ins can help increase your conversions by surprising your customers with the proper promotions.
2. In-Line Content – Want ads to flow within your content? You can place them either in the beginning or end of your posts. Also, you get to choose which posts/pages will have the promotions and which ones won’t.
3. Shortcodes – These small strands of text can be placed anywhere in your website. You can place it on posts, pages, widgets, or wherever you may find it convenient.

In my opinion, it looks like a great tool to have in your website. However, you have to follow it up with tests to see if it does improve your income and conversions. Don’t expect it to double your results just because the sales page said so.
Sales Funnel Overview: Read This If You Plan to Buy
Cindy Donovan’s Commission Bullseye is not the only product she’s offering. She has placed 3 OTO upgrades in the sales funnel, which I will cover in the details below:
FRONT-END: Commission Bullseye ($AA) – For the main offer, you’ll get the Commission Bullseye plugin in 3 different price points. If you only need a single site license, the price would be $9.97. If you run up to 5 websites, then it costs $14.97. Using CB for unlimited sites will cost you the maximum price of $19.97.
UPGRADE #1: Commission Bullseye: Geo Command ($9.97) – This upgrade unlocks a module that lets you control entire pages and redirect traffic to selected pages.
UPGRADE #2: Commission Bullseye: InstaBullseye ($37) – It unlocks the importer function. Plus, you’ll get a collection of done-for-you campaigns that you can use.
UPGRADE #3: Commission Bullseye: Rolodex ($37) – It gives you Cindy Donovan’s personal collection of bestselling and best paying offers based on country.
Overall: CB is a plugin that you’ll need to increase the conversions of your business. It is not an Internet marketing course or tool that can give you more traffic in an instant. So don’t expect it to be the “shortcut” to success.
Although the product looks awesome and very handy to use, you’re still responsible for testing all the campaigns you’ve set up. What’s the purpose of a $10 plugin if you don’t measure your ads’ performance and conversions?
Bottomline, don’t be lazy and find out whether the tool really helped your business.
Judging from its benefits and functionalities, I conclude that Commission Bullseye is worth buying and is therefore:
Don’t Have a Business Yet? I’ll Help You Make One
Don’t bother buying CB if you don’t have a website or your business doesn’t involve a website. Also, don’t buy if you haven’t generated a consistent stream of traffic coming into your website.
If however, you’re on the lookout for affiliate marketing courses that you can purchase, I suggest you slow down and be careful. Most of the “boxed programs” that have great-looking covers out there only sell you the “hype” of making 100’s or 1,000’s of dollars in a few weeks.
The reality is, their video training tends to be “lacking” almost all the time. They only touch the surface and never go in-depth with the concepts. To unlock those, you’ll have to purchase upsells and release more money out of your wallet.
Here’s the good news: There are still highly-reputable training sites that offer cheaper prices but deliver jam-packed value for your dollar. You just have to read legitimate product reviews to really make an informed decision.
